Our E-newsletter system can come with some or all of the following features:

• Bespoke template in-keeping with your branding
• The template would then be editable without the need for any technical knowledge
• The newsletters can come with a built in spell checker for typo-free communication
• Mailing lists can then be loaded into the system and named so that you can send client specific mailings
• A comprehensive report service can tell you who has opened the newsletter and which pages they clicked making follow up calls easier
• Alternative text based messages for those who prefer not to have HTML
• Newsletters can contain links to pages on your website
• If anyone clicks these links the information will be visible
• Unsubscribe and forward links are included on the footer of e-newsletters to allow permission based mailings.
• Built in processes to stop the messages being stopped as spam.
• You pay an initial set up cost and then pay for credits dependent on how many addresses are on their mailing lists
• Mailing lists can be imported form Excel, text or delimited files
• Mailing lists are automatically cleaned on upload to remove bad or redundant email addresses

Budget newsletter service                                                                                    £250

• Marmoset Media create a visual template of the newsletter following a briefing
• Once approved this is turned into an actual template that can be used to send out via email
• You are also provided with a user name and password to allow entry to the system so that you can put your own content (both text and images) in the newsletter template
  
• You then simply email the link to this 'microsite' out to your database.

Bespoke full newsletter service                                                                            £300

• Marmoset Media create a visual template of the newsletter following a briefing
• Once approved this is turned into an actual template that can be used to send out emails
• You are also provided with a user name and password to allow entry to the system so that you can put your own content (both text and images) in the newsletter template
• You then buy individual mailing credits dependent on how many email address they wish to mail to in a given month
• You then send the newsletter which can be read directly from the email you send
• You can then access resports on who has opened your mailing, which links they have clicked on and who has unsubscribed or forwarded the newsletter
• You are charged £9.95 per 2000 emails you send out using the system which has built in anti-spam software so that your email is not put into 'junk' filters.
• For an additional £200 we can add a 'subscribe' section to your existing website which automatically collects the details of anyone who wants to recieve your newsletters for future mailings.
